The first thing to do, is to make an enquiry to a member of our team, either via the enquiry form or call us on 01444 471203 or send an email.

We will then take down some more information from you; this will consist of your personal information, your dog’s name and your vet practice name and address.

We will also have a chat to you regarding hydrotherapy and what would be the best route forward for your canine companion.

Once we have the above information, we will send our referral form to the vets and ask them to fill in and sign the form before sending it back to us, along with the clinical history for your dog(s). Most vets do have this information back to us within 48 hours.

We deal with all the paperwork and work alongside veterinary clinics to ensure our patients have the right rehabilitation plan.

Once this has all been sent back to us, one of our hydrotherapists will be in contact with you to book the first session.
